Delivery time & Shipping costs

We pack and prepare your order for shipment with the utmost care. We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship the same day for orders placed on working days before 22:00 in the Netherlands. However, we are not always able to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer.

Please note that international payments can take a few days. Once we have received your payment, your order will be processed.

For shipments Outside the Netherlands you can expect the package between 1 and 4 working days at your home or at a collection point.

Delivery time
There is an indication of the delivery time on the product page. If for whatever reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Postage costs
We deliver to all countries within the EU and the UK. Please note that shipping costs vary from country to country. Find the shipping rates per country at the bottom.

Returns

Reflection time/return

It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 working days after receipt without giving any reason.

  • After cancellation you have another 14 working days to return your product.
  • You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. (Only if you return the entire order)
  • Only the costs for return from your home to our return address are for your own account.
  • Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
  • If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.
  • To exercise this right, please contact us at: support@ultramarxl.com.
  • We will then refund the order amount due within 14 working days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
  • If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to use the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and make sure that it is well packed when returning.

The steps:

  • Send an email to support@ultramarxl.com 
  • Pack the products in a sturdy box and make sure it is well padded.
  • You will be notified by email as soon as we have received the products.
  • We assess the returned products.
  • We will refund the amount of the products and shipping costs.


Exchange product?

Do you want to exchange your product? Then we recommend that you return the products and then place a new order via our webshop. You can contact support@ultramarxl.com for this. However, you bear the costs for returning the product yourself. I have provided a wrong delivery address! Accidentally entered a wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.


Warranty & Complaints

Guarantee

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order is broken during transport or that something else happens that allows you to make a claim under warranty.
