Returns and defective products Despite the high level of attention that we pay to your product, it is possible for goods to get damaged or that the wrong goods are delivered to you, through no fault of your own. In such cases you should contact Ultramar within 7 days. You can do that using the online ticket system on our website. Goods may be returned free of charge. Returned goods will only be processed when the order is (wherever reasonably possible) undamaged, unused and in its original packaging.
