Where can I download the step-by-step plans?
You can request the step-by-step plans for cleaning and impregnating your boat hood, convertible roof, cotton tent, awning and the step-by-step plans for sail or awning via the link below. You will receive the desired step-by-step plan by e-mail.
Can I also call you?
We do not offer telephone support at Ultramar. We have opted for a telephone-free customer service because, for us, e-mail is the perfect medium for providing you with the best possible service.
You can ask a question by e-mail, 24 hours a day. At a time that suits you. Questions can also be answered 24 hours a day. When it suits us. We then also have the possibility to send an explanation or a handy manual.
Most questions cannot be answered and solved within one phone call. But we are almost always able to do so within a few hours.

How can I return an order?
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like to have the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 working days after receipt without giving any reason.

I want to become a dealer. What do I need to do?
Expand your service, increase your sales! Choose reliable products from Ultramar! We are still looking for dealers!
In order to be able to start as an official Ultramar dealer, we require a few details from you. Please complete this form and we will contact you as soon as possible.
After approval of your account, you will receive your login details by email. You can use these to order products at an attractive dealer discount.
What is the delivery time and what are the shipping costs?
We take great care in packing your order and preparing it for shipment. We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible.
Orders placed on working days before 22:00 in the Netherlands, we try to ship the same day. However, we do not always succeed in this, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer.
Please note that international payments can take a few days. Once we have received your payment, only then will your order be processed.
