Payment methods

During checkout, you will automatically see which payment methods are available for your country. You can easily choose the option that suits you best.

When will my order be processed?

Most payments are processed automatically and immediately. As soon as the payment is successful, we start processing your order.

If you choose bank transfer, processing may take a few days, especially for international payments. We process your order once the payment has been received.

Payment completed but no confirmation received?

Sometimes the confirmation email may end up in your spam or junk folder. Please check this folder as well.

If you cannot find the confirmation, please send an email to support@ultramarxl.com with your name and, if available, your order number. We will check this for you.

Problems with payment

If a payment method does not work or the payment is not completed, please try again or choose a different payment method during checkout.
