Cooling-off period
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
Refund
If you return the entire order, you will receive a full refund of the order amount, including the original shipping costs you paid.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
We will refund your payment within 14 days after we have received the product back in good condition.
Return conditions
- The product must be complete.
- The product must be unused and unopened.
- If reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.
- Carefully packed to prevent damage during transport.
- If the product is damaged due to use or insufficient packaging during return shipping, we may charge for any loss in value.
How do returns work?
You request your return via your account. This is the fastest way.
- Log in to your account at ultramarxl.com
- Go to My orders
- Select the correct order and click Request return
- Follow the steps — you will then automatically receive the return instructions
You arrange the return shipment yourself and pay the return shipping costs. Always include a note in the package with name + email address + order number and keep your shipping receipt (tracking).
Important: Never return a product without first requesting a return via your account.

Exchanges
Want to exchange a product? Please return the product and then place a new order in our webshop. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Entered the wrong delivery address?
Accidentally entered the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible via the chat on our website. We will try to update the address before the order is shipped.
